On Feb. 15, the Alliance for Renewable Energy teamed up with the Wyoming solar installation company, Creative Energies, to host a webinar on the newly expanded Rural Energy for America Program (REAP), a U.S. Department of Agriculture program that provides grants to rural small businesses and agricultural producers for renewable energy projects and energy efficiency improvements. A total of 26 Wyoming businesses and engaged citizens tuned in and asked questions as Leo Pueblitz, Creative Energies’ technical sales professional and ARE member, presented the extensive funding opportunities under this program.
